An all-star team of great folks tackling exciting projects from some of the coolest companies around! Great office culture and compensation. Management is very light touch but super friendly and supportive.

As a small company their are the occasional growing pains / challenges, but the good far outweighs the bad.

There is always some unique and challenging project going on at MadGlory. The salary and benefits are outstanding and there is always something creative going on. MG is also very active building/supporting the surrounding tech community. Monday ops meeting lunches are paid for so that's a bonus!

I'd say that every project is challenging and some people might see that as a con. I'm personally addicted to challenging projects, so it works for me.
