- Feedback from employees has been taken on by the founders to create a better working environment for all
- Leadership training course has allowed further personal growth than in other companies

- No cold calling (great when you're in sales)
- Very approachable founders - I have always been able to go and ask for help/understanding when I am in a difficult position, and the founders try and support me the best they can
Cons
The high growth rate can sometimes mean the wrong people are hired - those who are not passionate about what we do or can not hack the fast pace changes or high target often feel hard done by, and push this negative vibe on to the rest of the team. A small team/company means that everyone has to pull their weight, and when someone slacks it can affect a project massively, and have a knock on effect on motivation.
