Some processes could be more streamlined

I loved my experience recording my first two courses for Madecraft. My whole experience from my initial communications with a member of the acquisitions team to multiple interactions with the course designer to the actual recording day - everything was truly first class. When my recording day came, I was 100% positioned for success. Even then, Madecraft really went out of their way to make me feel like a star. I felt important, well cared for and well fed. Everyone at the office made me feel welcome and put me at ease. Every single person was supportive and encouraging. In an environment like that, how could one possibly fail?

It's a very small thing, but the flight arrangements could have been handled differently. I believe booking a person on a business trip in "basic economy" is not ideal. In fact, in my mind it's somewhat unprofessional. For a small premium--or maybe for less money, after baggage fees are taken into account--you could really eliminate a lot of the negative. It's a small price to pay for goodwill. I am all for saving money, but this is not the right corner to cut.
