Pros
Super flexible work roster, decent management, pay is pretty negotiable, plenty of work, ute's are half decent.
Cons
Expect to be asked to work over Christmas and public holidays which is average as the pay is at flat rate. Company is becoming less like a small tight business and more like a big massive contracting company where you are now just an employee.
