there are coins system that created by CTO, you can earning a proportional amount of coins for drinks, snacks, breakfast and fruits, sounds good but isn’t it like a jails? CTO is a minor management person, he indulge in fix out the formatting, font space etc. He is sensitive, arrogant, petty, narrow-minded and a control freak with poor management just like a giant baby. He doesn’t have a empathy to other people. Don’t believe that when he say “no worries”. CTO will ask his people to collect all the gossip. Be careful the people who are around him. If you love to work over time, you will be fine. If not, you will be harass by CTO, he will focus on you even you’re doing well or nothing special matter. Some people who have a promotion even he was late everyday. Bonus is hard to earn, you have to please him and work over time.
