You can get away with anything as leadership doesn’t hold anyone accountable
Cons
Leaders only care about themselves and doing as little work as possible. If you care and bring up ideas to make things better they don’t ever make any changes whatsoever and then blame you for caring. They use scare tactics to their employees and fired people for performance issues but didn’t both trying to train anyone. Also extremely unethical spreading of rumors of people dating when everyone knows it’s not true. Management only cares about themselves and will never be held accountable, so if you’re hired as a director then you’ll love it! Otherwise, going to get zero training and constantly having your manager belittle you
