Pros

hours and possibly type of product sold and used due to ingredients.

Cons

Hired & Debunked - first day on the job Absolute zero consideration for employment. There is a lot of time spent filing out paperwork and profile questionnaire online. First day on the job - about an hour in training I was requested my passport and cosmo license went home to retrieve docs cause I was told I couldn't start without it. In less than 15 minutes of my drive home received an email that the company is not moving forward with my hiring..... confused and in disbelief I showed up either way within the hour with docs in hand only to be received strangely by the manager. Now I am told I cannot begin till the following week - It didn't matter as they had already made up their insta-mind. This is when I realize I chose the wrong job and lost on other opportunities accepting this one. Hairstylists - Be prepared to be timed on EVERYTHING this includes hair washes. Be prepared to not build client relationships. This company is simply just about selling themselves and maintaining propriety. Extremely corporate, employees are just bees.

Pros

You gain corporate knowledge, and have the chance to learn new things.

Cons

They mis classify you, so your deductions are higher. They raise your monthly goals based on one good month and it’s never enough, with what you bring. Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
