I have been at Madison for a while now and WOW! I did not expect to be progressing so quickly in my role. I started with no experience as this is my first job but they invested the time into me and I now have over 4 qualifications in my field of work, Madison is an excellent learning environment. Staff have been so supportive and welcoming trusting in me to deliver results! I now have my own clients and am seen as apart of the team! There is a low pressure approach to sales which is fantastic! Madison is in my hometown, I wanted to jump straight into work, I wasn't judged on qualifications. instead they could see my passion for marketing and saw me as an investment. It is a happy place to work where you are encouraged to always put the customer first! which is a value I am passionate in.

Fast paced environment can sometimes become stressful but the support of the team with their excellent problem solving skills allows for you to cope and manage in hard situations.

Everything is about the client - a focus on customer experience over profit margins and retention over churn. Madison has a fantastic reputation built up over 15 years of working closely with councils, the community and clients - fostering a a culture based on organic growth, a great reputation, word of mouth and deals on referral.

certainly a fast paced environment and some super technical work going on, especially with e-commerce and software development. There's a lot to learn with many web, software and digital services available.
