Pros
There is so much opportunity here if you're looking for it. They really value people who don't want to be stuck in a box doing the same thing every day, so the opportunities to learn and take on new and interesting things are endless if you make the effort. As it started as a small family company it still has family values which is driven from the top down. We're really well looked after and hard work is rewarded.
Cons
Like any company, there is always a few negative people who have been here for 10+ years and try to bring new ideas down with "but we already tried that". Most are starting to realise that things are changing and growing with the change, however there are still a few who give off the odd grumble now and then. I don't think this is unique to Madison though and you'll see this at any company.
