Pros

Madwire is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Madwire is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed.

Cons

Because Madwire is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some.

Thank you! Appreciate the feedback. Change is constant for sure around here! With regards to hiring, with on-boarding 30+ people per month currently there's usually 300+ interviews involved with that. So it's very time consuming, which is why we've shifted to the group interview process, etc.. recently which has been working great and will allow us to scale without consuming so much of everyone's time. The initial group interviews have also proven to help the "stars" stand out much more than before which was an un-intended benefit from this process change.

Pros

Cutting-Edge Tech: The company is genuinely dedicated to staying on the frontier of technology, ensuring you are always working with the best tools and forward-thinking tech. Amazing Work Culture: The environment is incredibly supportive and collaborative—it's a place where you actually enjoy showing up every day. Uncapped Commission: The earning potential is exactly what salespeople look for. Hard work is directly rewarded with an uncapped commission structure. Fulfilling Work: The projects and day-to-day tasks helping small businesses grow feel meaningful, making it easy to stay motivated and proud of what you do.

Cons

Commission Ramp-Up Time: It takes a little bit of time for commissions to start building up initially, so you need to be prepared for a ramp-up period when you first start. Account Distribution Pace: Although Management tries its best to accommodate your needs, you can't control the pace at which you receive new accounts, which means your pipeline can sometimes feel out of your hands.

Pros

I truly love my job here at Madwire. The culture at Madwire is excellent, and they really do prioritize ensuring you feel cared for and supported, not just professionally but also relationally. The leadership in the Marketing Success Manager department is filled with highly experienced marketing professionals who provide a wealth of wisdom and knowledge from business leadership, development, psychology, and marketing. Madwire truly is at the cutting edge of marketing, continually striving to bring new product offerings to clients while staying competitive in the industry. In this job, I have been continuously pushed to grow and improve myself in many ways, and am better because of it. I'm extremely thankful for this job and can see myself staying here for the foreseeable future.

Cons

This job is hard. It's extremely fast-paced and requires a high degree of organization, grit, and dedication to find success. For me, I thrive being pushed and spurred on to be the best version of myself, but the taxing nature of this job is not for everyone. You will learn so much about marketing, business, psychology, etc. but you will feel overwhelmed at times.
