      Pros

      Stable company, family owned and beautiful facility. They have their own cafe so you dont have to leave the facilities for breaks/lunch.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement. No room for advancement or salary increase. No purchasing limit, everything must be looked at under a magnifying glass.

      Mag offers exactly what they promise you, nothing more nothing less. Negotiate well, keep your expectations reasonable, and don't expect it to be Google with 5 star catered meals.
