      Pros

      The schedule is unique and allows for employees to be off half the month each month.

      Cons

      Works not terrible but everything else is, work conditions and upper management are below subpar, expensive benefits unethical business practices: nepotism, favoritism, sexism, it runs the full gamut. Also if your not hired in as a supervisor you will never advance. Would not recommend unless you have no other choice.

      *great pay *payed weekly *awesome crew to work with *supervisors are friendly *never work more than 3 days in a row without 2 days off * off every other fri,sat,sun

      Cons

      *Super hot *super hot *superhot (130 degrees on production like at 98 degrees outside) *Mag will burn you instantly if it makes contact *mandatory long sleeves
