Personally, I've worked for many different online schools. This is the one of the few where they seemed they cared for their employees. I've enjoyed the company so far, and hope to continue with them for a long time.
Cons
The training process is extensive. If you're looking to be quickly hired, it may take some time.

Cons
hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US
They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
