They value entertaining over teaching - Teacher Magic Ears Employee Review

Getting rated by students and parents is quite overwhelming. It isn't a great motivator, especially when it affects your raises and bonuses. I am all for feedback, but this their method is not constructive. They will freeze your account with no notice and no explanation. You have to be the one to reach out to admin to find out what went wrong. Quite unprofessional in m opinion. Very easy to burn out since we are performing, rather than teaching. It takes ages to deal with administrative issues and they are not very helpful even when they do take the time to get back to you.
