Consistent Senior Management would say the company was broken instead of fixing anything They do not know how to manage in the office, let alone long time employees who have been passed around as problems from one department to another let alone contractors working for a visionary who should be replaced by a CEO, see Sandberg at Facebook. Ego is a huge problem here and there is a cluster at the top to make all the decisions. Employees frequently sue them and it's no wonder why.
