Pros
They have a week-long onoarding process for new hires that gives ample time to learn company policies and procedures before you ever count towards ratio. Also, there are monthly nominations for employee of the month that has several perks, a day off for your birthday and lots of opportunities for bonuses!
Cons
So far there aren't any outside the norms of working in ECE (Finding quality staff, dealing with parents/challenging behaviors, ect)
