Pros
Good place to learn about how things work in a kitchen, small franchise therefore you're able to achieve an intimate relationship with employees higher in the chain
Cons
Business was never consistent when I worked there, hours flexed too much, not to much "order" in the kitchen, the prep guy never was doing their job properly therefore it affected service later on and the poor service would be blamed on the workers.
