Its a service based company nothing is good about that

Cons

They didnot care about their employee they only listen to the manager feedback and if you performing well in between they will fire you even you dont get any intimantion and directly the next day you got a email that you are in PIP now . People which are become manager they dont even know how to work they also dont have any knowledge of the product Manager want to report every minutes what you are doing

Friendly and reasonable pay plus good management.

Cons

Nothing bad at all, only a little bit pressure to meet the expectation, but this is very reasonable.

*good mentoring system(if allocated to the right team) * fairly open system

Cons

* dull leadership apart from few old faces * still hankering on the old days- time to move on and do better * HR is pathetic
