Small company with family environment. Everyone is committed to the success of the company and is trying to help you out training on their technology. Technology is revolutionary and cool in enterprise environments

Its a small company where everyone does everything, so you do not get to specialize in your field. The technology is very different and proprietary and does not translate well to other positions outside the company.
