Pros
There are really few pros to the place. Some of the people are actually smart but are only here because of their Visa issues.
Cons
1. There is no encouragement for lateral movement and change of projects 2. Constant re-org and lack of direction 3. Multiple re-orgs mean you are constantly adopting new processes and focus is lost from the actual problem 4. Your interests are conveniently ignored 5. Sheep culture works really well here 6. HR is a joke because they don’t stick around more than a few months 7. Very high attrition for the above mentioned reasons 8. Zero software knowledge/infrastructure
