Good pay raise at 30 & 90 days. Perfect attendance bonus each month. Benefits are amazing coverage and dirt cheap. $60 per week for family plan of medical , dental and vision.
Cons
Lots of overtime. 12 hours , most weeks 8 days a week. They only neee to give 24 hour notice of ot. People get worn down past exhaustion.
very very strict attendance policy. Point system. Doenst matter the reason or if you have a dr note , if you call off each day is a point
