Never had a career that treats everyone like family and this company is just that! This opportunity is not meant for weak minded. It’s going to take a lot of understanding the whole process to make it as far as you could.

The fact that the schedule constantly changes due to new hires is a bit tricky. Other than that, the company has a great structure!!!

Perfromance base company, so my growth depends on me, I really like that part. The manager is constantly helping us grow in and outside of the business. I've always wanted to feel apart of something bigger than myself. Now I help people from all walks of life. With this company definitely learned a lot of transferable skills.

If you're not use to standing for long periods of time, starting out that could be difficult. But the manager got me some souls for the bottom of my shoes and that really helped. I like that they are caring like that.
