      Pros

      The people are incredible. The founder is down to earth and the best leader I've ever worked for. They care about you as a person. You'll feel like you're making a difference in the world. Fun atmosphere and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Nothing Magnifi U could've done differently, just hard being a tech start-up when it comes to job security, especially during a (looming) recession
