      Pros

      Ability to work with FAANG company with opportunity for transition to FTE. Very responsive team to any questions.

      Cons

      Contract work, so role may or may not be renewed depending on company needs. Not really a con, just the nature of the job. Very few PTO days.

      - continuous change: not a bad thing but generally either moves too fast with changes or too slow to where changes takes months to implement
