      good opportunities for freshers, where you will learn a wide range of technologies.

      Cons

      if you are a fresher your salary will be less for at least a year.

      Thanks for your comments. Freshers are trainees, we pay them stipend and that cannot be compared with salary. Trust this clarifies your point.

      Pros

      Career and growth opportunities for the skilled Developers. Work culture, ethics, well-organised processes and good salary. Good Management, Good perks. I am working from last 4 years. It is very good company to build career and Employee friendly.

      Helpful colleagues, Good place for fresher for learning technology.

      Cons

      Taking leave is biggest problem here. Stipend for trainee is very less and training period is very long (1 year).
