Pros
No pros at all. Only pro is if you work with them for more than 1 year, the other companies that hire you will admire you for the resilience you had to work with such a horrible company
Cons
Do not care about employees at all. Covid precautions at showrooms are nil. No hesitation to reduce salaries due to "unforseen reasons" and make false promises to increase it later, management is horrible, especially the heirs to the founders of Mahavir do not care about employees. Just care about their luxuries (car, phone, tab, lap top, everything has to be luxurious) and easiest ways to make money
