Pros

Coworkers are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to work with. They are helpful and always willing to help.

Cons

NO HR! Only form of HR is the CEO’s wife, huge conflict of interest. Weekly company meetings that waste massive amount of work time. Mostly used to make a spectacle of employees management is angry with, rather than confront the employees. Often uses bullying tactics to motivate workers (ex. There are plenty of people who would kill for your job, you should feel lucky to be here.) Does not offer remote work, if asked, will decline, no matter the reason. Management refuses to move past an old and haggard office life, often punishes employees for asking for change. Huge amount of favoritism for certain employees. Encourages working unpaid overtime and on weekends. Employees seen as “slacking off” if they come to office on time and leave at end of day. Management has no respect for mental health/well being.

Pros

Some people are decent but nothing other than that

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing. HR is the CEOs wife, so you cannot complain about anything. I do not trust their experience level and often just blame the low hanging fruit until they fumble their way into a game that did well. They over work their people and proudly talk about how they under pay their staff. You might be beloved but if you don't babysit the CEO's feelings then you will get laid off. Both the CEO and COO are extremely emotional and will make snap decisions. Management in past has made me very uncomfortable. They will set you up with a mountain of work and when you don't complete it on time, your bonus is on the line. It doesn't matter how much people love to work with you, management will still try to find reasons to fire you. It does not apply to me, but I do feel like management does not support diversity. Only a handfull of people weren't white, and some people of color took way too long to be promoted.
