Pros

I'm sure there are some but I did not experience any.

Cons

Disorganised, some important information was not voluntarily given and I struggled to have confidence in what I was told.

Pros

Nothing that comes to mind

Cons

firstly without you are being made aware you are made to pay for any training which gets taken out your pay if you leave. But management said they wouldn't. But I didn't get any training just a link to study in my own hours without pay. And training money taken out of my wages £80 Also the £9 per hour is fictitious they only pay when your with a client. You do not get paid driving to and from customers. Which can account for upto 3_5 hours in any one shift. Which substantially reduce your £9per hour. There are hours when you are out and there will be a 2 hour gap before your next customer. This gap is also unpaid. To earn a living wage expect to work up to 15 hours a day. Many of the staff moaning not happy with the conditions and treatment. I had to wait for my uniform then also docked it out my wages when I even emailed them to say I am returning it. If you are looking to go into care work there are better companies to go to.
