Pros
You work with some really great people, the company is rapidly growing, the benefits are good, the work facilities are nice, occasional free catered lunches.
Cons
Terrible pay, professional development is slow, hostile environment between different teams/management, everything comes to dollars and cents - if you aren't in a position that makes the company money (sales) you do not feel valued, senior level management is treated as untouchable and can do no wrong.
