      Since it is a smaller company, the management structure is pretty flat so there's your career path may not progress as rapidly as in a larger organization

      zoom social event pretend to be social

      facts were hidden during the interview. management (CEO and Account exec) uses dirty tactics to attract talents and use the 'at will' clause to get rid of hard working employees at any time. you know your start date but end date can be any day so don't dream about career. you may be invited to social events but know that are just to cover the sneaky mentality
