It's a small company but you'll have a major role in the company. a simpler system that they recently transitioned too. Be prepared to work as a team and manage your time well. It's an ISO certified company for a reason. It's a nice office environment with free coffee/tea and sometimes they have company events like going to Dave and Busters to celebrate 40 years or free lunches.
