Respectful and caring leadership. Variety of projects. Remote-first culture.

Few, if any, cons. Workload can get heavy at times but no worse than most places.

Mainstream offers a work-life balance, great benefits, family-oriented culture, remote work, and opportunities to challenge yourself.

The only con is that, while Mainstream is a thriving company, career advancements are somewhat limited if you are looking to climb the corporate ladder. Being primarily a software company and me not having much technical knowledge, it was hard to find my role initially. Luckily, I did find that eventually.
