      Pros

      I've been working at Mainstreet Collection for over 11 years. I can honestly say that I enjoy going to work each day, assisting other employee's and our customers. Teamwork is a must, as there are many challenges that we face to provide excellent service and establish great relationships. I have seen MSC grow over the years that I have been employed there with a large selection of cute whimsical products both practical and fun.

      Cons

      There are days that we get so involved in what we are doing that time gets away from me. It's 5:00, let's go home!

      Pros

      It's great to be working for a company that is supportive in every way. They give you the tools you need to do your work efficiently and effectively. If you need assistance with something, any one would be able to help-whether it is a warehouse employee, a product designer, or sales director-we are all here to help each other to build a successful company to grow even more. It's very simple-if you do your job and do it efficiently, the job will reward itself.

      Cons

      We are a small company, but we are mighty! Sometimes one person has to wear many, many hats and it can be overwhelming at times. But with a supportive staff behind you, you will be able to accomplish any given task at hand!
