Pros
I won't give my title because I'm the only one in the company and that would give it away. MM is a good employer. My direct manager is willing to advocate and fight for the things we need when necessary. The pay is competitive and the benefits are decent for the most part. MM is willing to consider new ideas and has an open door policy.
Cons
The one issue I have with benefits is the vacation time. The offering here is less than most companies I've worked for of the same caliber. Policy changes get made but are not immediately communicated to the rest of the company. They sort of filter out little by little over several months. There is a culture at MM that has been great for many years: semi-casual dress code, family comes first, etc. Changes have been made recently to that culture that have removed or lessened some of the enjoyment of working here. No major changes have been made but the overall culture has been affected for the worse.
