Pros
None worth noting from my experience.
Cons
I worked offshore for this company and had an extremely negative experience. The environment felt exploitative, particularly toward offshore staff and young people trying to break into the industry.
Call targets were completely unrealistic (often up to 200 calls per day), with constant pressure and little regard for quality, wellbeing, or sustainability. There were repeated promises around commission and progression that, in my experience, never materialised. Despite being encouraged to push harder and harder, the rewards simply weren’t there.
Offshore teams were treated noticeably worse than onshore staff, with minimal support, poor communication, and a culture that felt dismissive and disrespectful. Management expectations were aggressive, and feedback was rarely constructive it was mostly about hitting numbers at any cost.
Overall, I felt misled, undervalued, and poorly treated during my time here. I would strongly caution anyone, especially offshore candidates or those early in their career, to think very carefully before accepting a role.
