Pros
- An extremely inclusive work environment; I always felt free to bring my true full self to work. - There is an immense group of talented and smart coworkers who you can always learn from. - The company offers flexible working arrangements so it is easy to balance work/life. - Leadership is trusting which enables lots of autonomy in how and when work gets done. - Good digital infrastructure so remote work is easy. - World-class agency means you’re able to work on lots of great projects/clients. - Great opportunities to attend events, HubSpot INBOUND, Google, Facebook, Pinterest etc. - Digital keeps you on your toes as things are constantly changing.
Cons
- No really many to think of after 3+ years. - Full-service capabilities means that some departments get busier than others at times - Challenges balancing competing department resources, although this could be said for any company. - If you’re not a self-starter then autonomy could be a detriment. - If you don’t like change then maybe not your company -- digital landscape is constantly changes. - Sometimes things can get over-processed but leadership's intentions are always well.
