      Best pay around for a non-Union shop! Awesome co-workers, semi decent benefits and great work hours.

      Cons

      Some of the management has a my way or the highway attitude and can tend to be thankless.

      Great place for young or less experienced machinists and engineers.

      Cons

      Care more about hiring new people than keeping the ones they have. High turnover over. No individual recognition.
