      Because of the companies rapid growth, employees must be able to work independently without constant direction which may be hard for newer people entering the industry. Being able to work autonomously is a valuable strength here.

      Pros

      I like the flexible schedule, talented coworkers, working on real work for real clients. To that last point, you are not subjected to working on a high number of low-budget, local service clients like other agencies, which can be a real drain.
