Great people-focused community - Anonymous employee Makers Employee Review

Great community to be a part of, even in a working from home set up. Makers made me feel really valued and I liked the culture - pretty much everyone tries to make you feel welcome and part of the team. They have a real focus on wellbeing and work/life balance- they understand that people are human, and have lives outside of work. I was given space to do things my way & be independent but given support when I needed it. Supportive of career aspirations and not only encourage but enable development. Holiday entitlement is great. Lots of initiatives and things to get involved in if you want to.
