- Pressure is being put on employees to leave the company voluntarily. - Bonuses are being deducted from salaries but not actually given.

There is no positive about this company.

This company plays with the career of young professionals. I left my previous job to join Makin Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. for a CRM role, but even after 20 days, I was not given the work promised. HR was rude and unprofessional, and the office politics create a toxic environment that can ruin someone’s career. I will never recommend this company to anyone
