Pros
You'll be working with some creative top talent, great people and generally the HR policies I have experienced. A lot of people love what they do and they really make cross-functional teams. They also strive to listen and improve the workplace.
Cons
Growing too quickly has it downsides. The new offices of 2016 was a huge letdown from the cozy (but somewhat cramped) offices that was left. It has everything that is bad about open office plans and none of the good. Concrete, glass and hard surfaces everywhere makes for an acoustic hellhole where you have nowhere to hide, as there are no quiet zones. You are also constantly exposed to people buzzing past your seat and loud groups of 20+ people.
