      - lots of fun tasks with databases, Excel - smart and qualified people

      Cons

      - not much time for those fun tasks due to drudgery and an unlimited supply of tasks one wouldn't wanna do (legal compliance, trying to make numbers match, shoving money left to right and right to left with little added value) - many smart and qualified people are underappreciated and leave after some time without proper replacement

      Hard to find think of one

      Cons

      Work is too hard for £9.50 an hour. Management expect too much from you. Management have their own clique where they look after eachother but everyone else is left to fend for themselves
