Good team but inconsistent working hours - Food & Beverage Assistant Maldron Hotels Employee Review

Working at the Maldron was like working as part of a big family. The management is fantastic, they'll never ask you to do something they haven't done themselves. The experience is fast paced (in the bar/restaurant) but if you enjoy that type of work environment, you'll thrive, and be recognised for it. Was very sad when my time came to leave.

Work hours sometimes run well past public transport which makes it difficult to get home if working somewhere like Dublin Airport, but little to be done for that. One word - taxis

If you willing to learn you can go up onto the ladder very quickly.
