Pros

A solid place to start your career. You gain exposure to a wide range of tasks and processes, and the corporate structure gives you a good foundation. If you're early in your career and want to learn the ropes in a professional environment, it checks the box.

Cons

Growth is painfully slow. Most managers have been in their roles for 20+ years with little to no leadership development. Poor communication, zero empathy, and no interest in your growth, my direct manager was the perfect example of how not to lead people. The environment is mentally draining. You leave exhausted not from the work, but from your manager. And the pay doesn't make it worth it. Salaries are below market rate with no fast track to better, you're underpaid, undermanaged, and worn out.

Pros

Diverse Group with plenty of exposure which helps employees gain experience. Some departments have a nice culture to them, where you can make really good friends and have a sense of belonging to the team.

Cons

- Hostile Management creates a lot of stress on the employee - Expectations are set very high while they don't help their employees to meet those expectations - Current CEO was very negative and aggressive towards employees . Can be disrespectful. - Preference towards certain employees based on their social background -Leadership and management can be disrespectful towards employees - Disregard for family life and personal employee life... very stressful environment - Department managers can not really protect their employees since leadership members can be aggressive and hostile. - The current CEO can like you one day and all of a sudden hate you the next... you always have to be careful.
