Superior forklift product, service and variety of other products to sell. Great leadership and hands on managers to help you grow. Many other tenured and successful salesmen willing to help as well.
Cons
Equipment Lead times. You don't get paid until equipment delivers. Depending on when the delivery happened, it could mean the difference in getting a commission check or it going towards next quarters draw.
