Malin is a very cliquish organization given its small size. If you aren't in with the clique, you will be shown the door in due course. As another poster stated hard work is irrelevant to the people in charge here. See the emphasis on 'culture' during the interview process and J2EE. This organization is not for everyone. The company's efforts to train and develop new hires is minimal to non-existent.. Strict 'work-from-office' only policy despite the fact much of the sales admin/IT work can just as easily be performed off site. You'll burn what little PTO Malin offers(5 days in year 1) if you can't be there.
