Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our General Manager and Operations team friendly and that you valued the service charge arrangements.
We are, however, concerned to read that aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. While we cannot comment on individual circumstances, we do want to reassure you that the matters you’ve raised, such as communication, training, team culture, and our approach to health and safety and allergen management are areas we take extremely seriously.
Staffing levels, onboarding, and training are regularly reviewed to ensure teams feel supported in their roles. We’re sorry to hear that you did not feel welcomed within your department, as creating an inclusive and respectful working environment is something we actively strive for. Similarly, we expect all managers to communicate in a professional, supportive manner, and we continuously reinforce these expectations through ongoing leadership development.
With regard to operational processes such as parking, scheduling, allergen procedures, and health & safety documentation, our policies are designed to meet legal obligations, protect team members, and maintain the highest standards for our guests. If any part of these processes did not feel clear during your time with us, we regret that and continue to focus on improving consistency across departments.
