We are sorry to learn that you felt challenged by scheduling changes and staffing pressures during your time with us. While we cannot comment on individual situations, we recognise that effective rota planning, clear communication, and supporting work–life balance are essential to creating a positive working environment. These are areas we continue to review and strengthen across our operations.
We also note your feedback regarding appreciation, team culture, and how schedule adjustments were communicated. We expect all managers to lead in a supportive, respectful manner and to ensure that colleagues feel valued and heard. We are therefore disappointed to hear that this was not your experience, and we will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing development and coaching focus.
Your suggestions regarding scheduling practices, including timely publication of rotas and minimising last‑minute changes, are constructive and align with improvements we are already working towards. We recognise that our colleagues have commitments outside of work, and we are committed to enhancing consistency and planning wherever possible.
