One of the owners of the company behaves like a bosses son who takes over after leadership ages out of controling the company: loud, abusive, and a huge ego.
Another owner seems to be disingenuous and arrogant.
Bad leadership.
Favoritism/old boys club.
Toxicity.
Poor on-boarding.
Extremely high turnover rate, this company (especially for its size) is a rotating door of employees.
Overworked and underslept PM's.
No dedicated project teams.
This company is like a civil engineering puppy mill.
