Good pay and overtime pay, nice office facilities (central London WeWork), the work tech is top of the range (new MacBook Pros). Some of the junior staff are really nice.

You're on call 24 hours a day; sclerotic, out-of-touch, maniacal senior management team; no serious training or induction programme to speak of; woeful internal communications; elitist culture which treats staff as disposable; questionable and unethical business practices; non-existent HR; pitiful employee appraisals process; top-down, dictatorial management style that can plainly be described as bullying; two of the senior partners are the most sinister individuals you'll ever have the displeasure of meeting.

They have beer on tap as it’s a WeWork office.

Constant lies, very cliquey, ego-centric, no room for progression, UNBELIEVABLE lies and skewed results, paid overtime but expected to “get the job done”, say goodbye to life, will literally force you on a plane.
